REGLAMENTOS DE PROVEEDORES DE TARJETAS, LEY ESTATAL Y LEY FEDERAL.

Al evaluar de manera uniforme un cargo fijo por servicio al cliente en todos los productos y tipos de pago, los comerciantes que utilizan el programa Descuento en Efectivo PayLo cumplen los reglamentos estándares fijados por todos los principales proveedores de tarjetas de crédito, leyes estatales, y leyes federales. Como parte de nuestra lista estándar de precios de productos, se estima un pequeño cargo por servicio (muy similar a un servicio automático de gratificación aplicado en algunos lugares de consumo de alimentos) en TODAS las ventas, independientemente de qué manera se haya hecho el pago, incluyendo cheques, efectivo, tarjetas de crédito-débito, tarjetas de regalo, etc. Como se afirma en la Enmienda de Durbin §124.STAT.2073, 9b2 (http://www.napcp.org/page/DurbinAmendment), se les permite a los negocios ofrecer un descuento a los clientes como incentivo y para alentar a los mismos a pagar con métodos alternativos a las de tarjetas de crédito/débito, ya sea con cheques o efectivo, para así poder recibir automáticamente un descuento, el cual se aplica en el momento de la venta.

Por favor, comprenda que no hace ninguna diferencia si el PIN se ha introducido o no.
